i feel it is great to offer that amount of $ for a PS feature win. My question is why not spread the wealth throughout the field? Each car/team works as hard as the winner to get a good finish if it be 1st or 15th. it is deff a prestigious event but the old attage still applies. "the rich get richer". each & every team deserves a nice slice of the pie.

i sure didnt say equal $ for all positions. if you are or have been a racer you would get my drift. If you lead 20 of 22 laps & drop out with a flat tire. do you deserve to earn $60? I dont feel that is the way it should be. It is not a winner take all. If I was fortunate enough to win that race i still feel that all competitors deserve a bigger piece of the pie.

So what 100 to start then 115 to win ??? Your a liberal Toss off !!! Instead of the guy who worked the hardest to go the fastest having a great night you would rather everyone have a shitty night

JMO I think being on the winning & losing side of various races i think speading the wealth is better. i have good friends that never crack the top 5. Is it right for them to earn less than ten 10% of the winner when they are bustin their butts week in and week out? I dont feel it is and again JMO.

It's complaining like this that makes the tracks say screw it and not have any more specials for a class.

Being a racer lets you see both sides. There are days you are the best & days you are the worst. If it be for mechanical issues or just being at the wrong place at the wrong time everybody needs reasons to come back next week. If it costs $100 to get back & forth to the track each week can we race and keep doing it every week for $60 or less per week? Not the major reason but part of why car counts are down. Guys cant afford to get to the racetrack every week. Promotors across the nation are trying to keep their heads above water. If you have a 100 cars with say 5 people per car or 60 cars at 5 people per car. What is larger? We as competitors need to have the economic balance in sight or there will be more tracks closing or just running special events. The grassroots of racing if it be on dirt or asphalt depends on the cars in the pits and the fans in the stands.
