Just curious, if you have one of the local race shops put a cage in a hobby stock, what do they charge? I can do it myself, but it may be easier just to let someone with a bender and notcher do it for me. Thanks

if i were you id let the experts do it such as chris schneider, as ive seen too many roll cages collapse this year on cars that were "home built". money is no option when it comes to your life and safety on the track.

Buy an old late model chassis and use the cage to install in your car. There are always several of these for sale around a couple of hundred dollars and they are professionally built and very strong. There is one listed on pennswoods.net that has the front clip bent but the cage is fine and he wants $300 obo and includes extra parts that you could sell to get your money back.
