ace are'nt the pure stock rules they have EXACTLY what you have been pushing for for the last few years? and you dont plan on running that class now?

how can you run pure-stock with weight jacks and a engine setback plus the engine isn't legal either and i have fourteen .. 10 inch wheels that would be useless?and the shocks are not in their stock location but what is funny is that all the rules i posted on here a year or so ago for a different street stock class ( hobby stock )such as a engine that was no bigger than 362 cubic inch and a shock rules package is what the semi late class turned out to be other than it is a late-model chassis . and don' t say well go out and buy a late-model chassis .... forget that i have enough headaches ! lol you know what we will be there when we can race other than that we will be on the hill eating hamburgers and the best damn philly cheese steak i have ever had . i think there slogan should read .....COME FOR THE RACING LEAVE WITH A CHEESE STEAK. :P

Mark, sell up and come race a car that where ever you race, will be exactly the same specifications. If you cant put together a competitive car for under $6000, then you need to take up Crocheting. You'll get to run AMP, AMR, Sportsmans, Dog Hollow, Lernerville, Mercer, PPMS, Hummingbird, Bedford and more. You'll get to race against drivers from Ohio, Maryland, New York and Canada and be part of a tight knit group. You'll race on a level playing field, go fast, be part of a unique experience and above all, enjoy yourself.

Or, you can keep bashing your head against a brick wall!

what gets me is at the meeting I asked how high the spoiler was allowed to be and was told 8 inches and now all of a sudden it is 5 inches besides who even thinks a 5 inch spoiler on a 3000 pound car on a short track means a rats ass? i am not even going to bend it i don't care if the chicks dig them or not .and as far as you being driven away from the sport because of the cost that is exactly what i am trying to stop from happening here . if we keep losing a car here and there then we will have no racing at all. not trying to be negative at all . but we are killing our own sport .i figure about 200 dollars a night if nothing breaks .

Honestly i dont think even an 8"spoiler would make a differance but i think the cars look alot better with them on,but im a fan of the"munster mobiles".Think tracks should follow sportsmans speedway and call them outlawstocks instead of streetstocks,we have the purestocks for the "stock" appearing cars...Howcan you expect the tracks to pay the big back thru the field purse with all the things you said about economy prices? They have to buy the gas towork the track and etc...Its a rich mans sport, hobby face the facts and either not do it or take it as and go have fun doing it while you can..They are paying what 500 to win so you should be ok thats would be a 300 doller profit for the nite as long as "nothing breaks" or ya dont smoke the tires off..:)

I like the wall, never wanted a modified but i like them and i never wanted a street-stock for that matter .the car i demolished at the bird because the throttle hung wide open would have been a good pure stock but hidden valley put a 400 dollar claim on their engines and i had 800 in mine so i bought 6 wheels and moved up a class wish i never would have done that but hindsight is 20/20. you never know i have a monte carlo sitting in the woods and still have a 9 inch ford and a cage .

I think Harrisburg should pass a law making it mandatory for all racing facilities and track owners in Western/Central Pa. to run on Saturday nights.....

Do not know either of you, but i am pretty sure Huck has more room than you do. Based of your posts alone. Start your own thread, stay out of the rest. Have you not realized that from most responces to your posts ?

If thats true, each class at all those tracks will have what maybe 5-8 cars in every class? Those 4 tracks are in a 40 mile radius of each other, running the same classes, on the same night, sounds genius to me.

I think Thunder Mountain could do themselves a favour and race Sundays. That way they only have Sportsmans as competition instead of Hummingbird, AMP, Marion Center and Dog Hollow. Thats common and good business sense.... what the new leasee's have is anyones guess. Any idea who the new Leasee is?
