IMPORTANT: To All Race Fans, Drivers, Owners, Crew Members: 1. Waynesfield Raceway Park has released it's 2013 Tentative Schedule. This Schedule can be found on the Tab Labelled SCHEDULE on our homepage. 2. Waynesfield Raceway Park is here for the dirt track family and we always have been. For that reason, for the first time in WRP history we are honoring a new SEASON PASS starting at $170 Dollars so we can SHARE THE EXPERIENCE with our entire family. Details on that can be found on the front page. 3. The Website has a new layout. the new WRP News tab has been added to make Communication way easier on Important News for you all. Right now there are 3 important News Releases that include 1. AMSA Mini Sprints new home at WRP. 2. Season Pass and 3. Parking Passes. Visit that tab, along with the other easy to find information on the website now. Finally, Have a great rest of the season and make sure to keep up on our Facebook, Twitter and also our website! Since I am sure it will be deleted from facebook as per usual, here are my thoughts on some stuff: I DO think you're missing the boat with some stock car shows at the end of the season with Lima stating they will have a shorter season, and Eldora being all but done with them on the schedule after July. No racing during Kings Royal? Eldora is their own track, Waynesfield should be their own track too. I guess I still scratch my head that there are still FIVE divisions every week when the stocks were told a major reason was all of the people bitching about too many divisions. If that's the case I'd have dropped/rotated more than one class, and take into consideration the stocks are usually last, and most always flag to flag. I am sure this will get deleted as per usual, which is kinda a slap in the face too. I have a LOT of time and money invested into the place, and I'd be lying if I said it didn't sting a little even though I understand "business decisions".

Personally I am glad we have the week off for the royal, as for the past few years we have all headed down and enjoyed a great weekend of beer and racing. I would not mind seeing some stock car racing at the end of the season but thats WRPs call and if they believe they gave the stocks enough time to bring counts up then thats that. Loving all the truck races on the schedule, cant wait for this season to start.
