My point was you make it sound so easy to schedule the fights.. It's not lol. And the only title matches they throw darts at are 145 185 and 205 because they don't have any options because nobody who has been top contender has been able to win. Gotta keep putting people up against the champs even if it is a chump. Can't not have them fight because the next guy isn't the best match for them... Maybe the guy that is best match is injured or already fighting or coming off a fight. I would say condit vs gsp was a good title fight and Cain vs jds was good matchup. Every fight at 155 is a good matchup regardless of who is fighting who cuz that class is full of animals

You obviously don't read as much as you say you do then lol. Dana white wanted gsp to fight silva. He did not want him to fight Diaz. That was 100% gsp begging the UFC to give him nick Diaz next because of all of diazs calling gsp out before he lost to condit. All that "where you at george?" bs. Dana said in all of gsp years in UFC he has never asked for anything from them so when he asked for Diaz the UFC ablidged. Now all our debating here I will agree johny Hendricks deserves a title shot at gsp....ASAP lol. He has definitely earned that shot hands down.

Well, to be honest, I pay more attention to Bellator and local promotions like NAAFS and Pinnacle.

You can claim to be some kind of mixed martial arts god of knowledge, but it's clear, just from this thread, that you're nothing but a typical Shitdog keyboard warrior. It's one of the reasons I can't stand most mixed martial arts fans.

Keep this a one sport topic please lol. I don't watch NASCAR.zzzzzzzzz. And you rarely have to buy ppv anymore man almost 3-1 ratio of free fights this year to ppv fights. Not to mention the fox and fx cards have been much better recently compared to the ppv cards (excluding last nights card). I've been a hardcore fan for 15 years and I don't really see how they are abandoning me.. If anything they are giving me easier access to fights and informational shows like UFC live on fx. As a ahardcore fan I appreciate the free cards now instead of having to rent 2 or 3 fights a month. Christ that's twice my directv bill. To me that makes it seem like the UFC is trying to gain new fans but also keep the ones they have. In the 15 years I have watched there have been dozens of matches that made no sense in having.
Also you say the Diaz Henderson matchup was bs but he was the viable option for the title shot so what was the UFC supposed to do? They can't have every aspect of the business of the UFC perfect. Sometimes a fight that looks awesome on paper is garbage in the ring. That's just how it works out sometimes. And they booked bendo vs Melendez next fight. What more could you want? That's the fight supposedly everybody wants. I hate Henderson but melendez is in for an ass whooping there
