I THINK ALOT OF RACERS AND FANS WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF SOMEONE DOES NOT STEP IN TO RUN THE TRACK WILL YOUR FAMILY KEEP REDS PROGRAM GOING? I RACED THERE WHEN YOU RAN THE TRACK AFTER THE PASSING OF OUR FRIEND RED AND THOUGHT YOU GUYS DID A VERY GOOD JOB. WE ALL IN THE RACING COMMUNITY WOULD JUST LIKE TO HEAR WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE TRACK SO WE CAN GET OUR CARS READY TO PUT ON A GOOD RACE AND NOT HAVE TO SCRAMBLE AT THE LAST MINUTE TO BE PREPARED. COME ON FOLKS LETS GET BEHIND WHO EVER RUNS THE TRACK, IF IT IS STAN OR SOMEONE ELSE, AND PUT ON A GOOD SHOW, LORD KNOWS WE CAN'T AFFORD ANOTHER TRACK CLOSING.

I attend the drome and several good friends race there but I think with mileys trying to bring ppms back to its former glory another track would hurt their ppms progress. I think they should cut an awesome deal for new leases.

Or shut down ppms, tear up the asphalt, put dirt on the better racing site, move the pits out of the infield, move spactator seats from ppms and put them in turns 3 and 4, and run the same venue as Lernerville does on friday.

You would have a better chance raising the titanic than moving the ppms bleachers

Stan not running his rodeo at motordrome is a blessing. He already ruined the place and chased a lot of people away. Yea lets get behind Stan and race for free because I'm still waiting for my money . All he will do is ruin the place even more. Lets hope someone else takes over and hopefully can save the place(if its not too late). Even the rule changes He was going to make for this year would just end up costing more money for the drivers (again).

The track sitting idol hurts the drome racers and mileys pocket book. I stand by my idea of renting it cheap enough to pay the mortgage and give a new promoter/renter a chance to see what they can do.

Stan did the job he did-I like Stan as a person. I will support the track if he runs it-I wont support the promoter-there is a difference. Many teams are fed up of the favortism-the rule changes that make no sense and not implementing ones that do or would save money and time. When you have several guys who have raced a long time including three or four track champions with multiple championships-all saying 'we need to look at this' and nothing being done-you have a problem. When you are wondering whats worse-running the way it is or shutting down the track-theres a problem. Thats where we are at now with the current direction. Alot of guys who would have done anything to run a full season had no plans to do so this year under the current setup. You dont listen-you dont pay out-you lose support-including financial support. Id love for the Mileys to step up-or someone new. Things couldnt be going much worse. We are in a bad way-but it is a way that couldve been prevented by considering suggestions from all those who wanted to support the track-and allowing those people to support the track-like some of us offered a few years back. Stan wanted to run the show his way and he did. We are right next to rt. 70-Wheres the sign? Noone in pgh even knows of motordrome? What would it hurt to offer 1/2 price gen. admission tickets to drivers or give out free ones like erie? Guys offered to put signs outside there business. We asked for bumper stickers. What happened to buy one get one half off for gen. admission. Why doesnt the track do anyhting online or try to get the email address of those fans who attend-sending out emails and promotions...There were alot of suggestions that the promoter never heard-because he didnt want the support. It is what it is. None of this is surprising. Hopefully someone will take us a new direction. If not Ill see u on dirt-the dragstrip-at Erie or Lorain...none of which is as appealing as supporting a good local asphalt track.

you'd need half the tree's in the rain forest and 25,000 new bolts to replace the old ones alone.

I AGREE 100% WITH YOU THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE PROMOTION, YOU HAVE VERY GOOD SUGGESTIONS THAT I THINK ALOT OF US AGREE WITH. A RULES PACKAGE THAT IS FOR EVERY RACER JUST NOT SOME OF THEM, MAKE THE RULES AND STICK TO THEM. NOT PAYING THE RACERS IS THE WORST THING YOU COULD DO, IT LEAVES A BAD IMPRESSION ON EVERYONE THRU OUT THE RACING COMMUNITY. HAVE THE PEOPLE ACTUALLY RACING INVOLVED IN THESE PROCESSES, NOT JUST A SELECT FEW. IT COULD BE A TRACK WHERE PEOPLE WOULD COME TO AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WANT TO, NOT JUST BECAUSE IT IS THE ONLY ASPHALT TRACK AROUND.
