What do you all think is the best bang for your $? I am currently looking for a fire suit but dont want to spend an arm and leg to have the protection I need. I will not buy anything under SPF 3.2A/5. And I'm looking for something with a high sheen to be able to keep it cleaner, so what do you all think about where and what to buy? We all should take a look at our fire suits, They should only be used for a certain amount of time and should only be "washed" so many times. One thing I dont want to do is get seriously hurt because I didnt have a good enough suit on or it was too old! So lets hear your opinons. Just try to keep it civil! Thanks and Good Luck to all racing this year!

Dont skimp on your life. If.u want quality for cheap there are sites that sell used nascar suits. I had a mc murry suit that I paid 200 for. Yeah my friends jerked me off about it but it was a 1500 dollar sparco that felt like pajamas. I forget the site. Im sure someone will post it

Design 500 is the best in my opinion I've also seen some pretty nice stuff from awesome race wear. Good and cheap don't go hand and hand when it comes to safety .

I have found over the years that the best bang for your buck on a fire suite is if you engine builder or chassis builder has a deal with a company like Simpson! I got a new one a couple years ago and it was like $600.00 for the safty certifications you are looking for! It was a deal my engine builder has set up with Simpson! Otherwise....same suite would be like double that if you ordered on your own! My builder adds no commission on for himself! I see similiar suites with other(Industry) are about $750.00 for the deal! Either way....quite a savings

Second the vote for Speed Sport Unforms. Local company and quality ad good as any of the national brands with great pricing.
