Dear race family as I visited Rick today and ask if there was anything I could do for him he a said will you post on the internet my condition I said I would tell exactly what he wanted told so here is the real truth as he knows it today, will you please honor him and only repeat truth. Two weeks ago Rick was having some serious problems in his abdomal area and was talen to Mercy hospitial in Pittsburg and had surgery for colon cancer the surgeon that operated said he removed a section of colon and thought he got it all ,but from the MRI there was some spots o his lungs ,he will be undergoing some sort of treatment for that issue soon Rick said big Ray was helping him get checked in at Hilman cancer treatment in pittsburgh for more evaluation. This is exactly what Rick and I talked about today so if I read anything to the contrary I will with his permission correct either the person printing or telling it,I gave my word to Rick and really trust others to honor this request. Rick is at home and is doing well for the surgery he underwent he told me his belly feels like a well used punching bag also he need his rest and if you call he may not answer and please check before you just drop in. I will now ask you to use your energy to pray for him and support him in that way I feel honored that he ask me to do this and the last thing I would want to do would to violate his trust. Serving the racing family Chaplain Bill M.R.O.A.

Rick is one of those guys that comes along every now and again in your life and not only impresses the hell out of you, but becomes a good friend. He is in my thoughts and the thoughts of all of his friends at the PA Vintage Dirt Modifieds. Although I'm not s religious man, I will ask Pastor Beck to say a prayer for him on my behalf. Dingo
