It seems the owner of bradford speedway(jeff androlonis) is trying to sway the fair board into not giving zuver a lease because it is the same night his track runs, if no lease is given it could be the end of MCR.

The Fair Board is having an emergency meeting April 2nd @ 7:30 at the track, anyone who can is advised to go to the meeting. I was told there is resistance to this offer to run it. The more support that shows up the better the chances are. I discussed the surface and as of now plans for new clay are on hold till the fair board agrees. Can you imagine if the place had a good surface again..........For those of you who cannot make it to the April 2nd meeting, consider taking some time leaving a message on the fair's facebook page: https://www.facebook...yFair?ref=br_tf
or even write an email: office@mckeancofair.comcastbiz.net

This is a confusing situation, as McKean County has tradtionally ran on Saturday nights and occasionally a Thursday special, while Bradford has run on Friday nights. Since both tracks run basically the same divisions aside from super lates, it would mean splitting up car counts and crowds on Friday nights for the 2 tracks. I don't want to see McKean shut down, but I don't see either side winning if the current MCR schedule comes to pass.

When in doubt....GAS IT!!

I could care less about Bradford it's a dump. Mckean is a great facility and three is nothing wrong with the surface that's there. The fall classic weekend the track was smooth as glad as compared to the previous shows last year when it was a plowed field and it just made for cautions and ruining cars.

Yeah just want local racing needs ... To run off successful wealthy private sector business men who wants to promote racing ... Racing is currently promoted by 7 day a week hard core alcoholics who have never started or ran a successful business in their lives ... Not even a lemonade stand ... Scum of the earth types who take more pride in telling people to get effed than they take in their facilities ..

I'm guessing they chose Friday nights so they would'nt have to compete with stateline for a late model car count on saturdays. seems like a no brainer to me.
