Lucas oil series and rush crates this Friday at roaring knob. $32 gen admin and $45 pits, how much is too much for you to see some racing? My breaking point for a 1 day show is about $25 for gen admin. Too many instant result updates on twitter these days to pay more IMO.

i would have no problem paying up to 50 bucks if the show was two days or paid 20k to win or something (as I am sure the NDRL show will probably cost that much, and I will have no problem paying that. Hell, the Pittsburgher will probably cost 60-75 for both nights, and I won't have a problem paying that either), but I think 32 and 45 is far too much for a one day show of a "regular" touring one day show.

But I get that they have to make money too. The Knob doesn't exactly fit as many fans as say, Lernerville (who charged 25 for "regular" WoO shows before the Firecracker existed) or PPMS, but still, that's a lot of money and is sure to keep more than a few folks away. I could see the 45 pit fee keeping a few teams away too.

But the forecast for Friday sucks, so this all might be a moot point.

It all goes to personal choice. Personally, I wouldn't pay that to see LM's. That's just me. If it was a WoO Sprint show, I'd be there for the same amount.

I don't have a problem with the pit pass prices they charge at Lernerville. I think those prices are pretty square for what you get there on most nights.

Whether you believe it or not... The truth is that these are the best Dirt Late Model drivers in the country.. They are professionals. I have no problem paying $50-$100 to see Eric Church or Jason Aldean when they come around 1 or 2 times a year. I have no problem paying $150+ to go watch the Steelers play in the fall. I have no problem paying $30-$40 to go watch the Pirates 5-10 times a year... AND I DONT LOVE THOSE THINGS 1/2 AS MUCH AS I LOVE DIRT LATE MODEL RACING!!! I understand that you have the right to share your opinions on ticket prices and you have the right not to go.. but the reality is... if you want to see our favorite sport performed at its highest level... you might have to throw a little extra cash their way.
