I am waiting to get that information. As soon as I know there will be news on here and other places. I don't have time to make it to the race track during the week so I can't even give an update of how everything looks.

As of last night the track surface looked complete. The pits on the other hand was in need of some work still. It appears that they are removing some of the hill at the go-cart track for more pit space. There are huge piles of gravel throughout the pit area. They are also putting up fencing around the property and pit area, but that shouldn't keep us from racing. There was a lot of rain in the area but that just means that they'll have to use less water.......the weather will be clear of rain from here on out the rest of the weekend. I don't see any reason as to why they would cancel now but I haven't been doing the work to the track. Just based on what I've seen at the track and know of the forecast....we should be able to get it in.

ok...ok...I might have been wrong. I thought the rain was done, but it appears that it hasn't stopped yet. I stopped at the track tonight on my way home from work and they were still planning on running if the rain would cease. Well.....it hasn't ceased yet so now I think that we probably won't run. I was really hoping to run !!
