I was told there was someone in Indiana,PA that builds those tire spinner machines for grinding and cutting tires.. Does anyone know who this is or how to get ahold of him???

I would use a telephone..

Never tried it, but I bet a telephone does a sh1tty job of spinning a tire. Jagoff.

not sure if your into making some of your own tools/equipment but just by looking at one you could build one for next to nothing by mix&matching some steel a small electric motor and either a junk wide 5 hub or a plate with adjustable studs to accept a number of different bolt patterns.
