I helped Dick Gill on that Henry J car but that was a long time ago when he worked on it in Harrisville st Dick Gravatts old body shop ,He drove that car from his Dad Frank Gill's used car garage in Slippery Rock to the shop one night past a Policeman who was talking to someone I knew and he asked the fellow if he saw that racecar and he said he didn't see a thing, I was still in High School and I can't remeber what he had on the back of it. That is when Dick ran a Mopar engine if I remember right. If Dick Hesselgesser comes back on some night he may remember. Those were the good old days when most cars were home built and times were different.I always liked this car as a young fan. Was there some sort of character painted on the back? On someones car, there was a character holding something like a large bat that had a chain attaching some spiked balls....maybe I'm thinking of a 770 of Dick Gill maybe in a Henry-J bodied car??
