People pay to get in. They can root for or jeer whoever they want. But if you're going to sit there and argue with a fan of the driver you're boo'ing, at least have a clue what the hell you're talking about. If your tired of the person because "they win all the time", that's fine. But don't sit there and say things like, "They should be racing here or there" or "They outspend everyone else", or the all-time favorite, "Everyone knows they cheat. They have traction control." You're a moron.

Does anyone ever remember anyone around here being teched and found to have been using traction control? I'll wait, because I already know the answer. And how the hell would the average fan be so intimately familiar with a team's finances to claim they outspend everyone? Really? Prove it. You know what? Sometimes your favorite driver isn't that good and/or they don't put the time in the garage that the driver that "wins all the time" does.

"That driver is dirty!" Really? Name me one driver that wins regularly that has NEVER gotten into someone a time or two during the season. I saw the #29 Big Block turn Erik Rudolph last night. At first, it didn't look good. But, looking at the replay I accept Krummert's explanation that he (the 29) had a run and the 25 was a bit loose and checked up. Not a fan nor hater of Krummert but I always felt he is a hard but clean driver.

So, you have every right to boo and cheer as you see fit, but if you're going to argue with someone, act like you're not smoking meth, That is all.

I'm with ya Skull,  had a guy who sits beside me every week(a very knowledgeable race fan) tell me 29 did it on purpose!!   So he was risking 2nd place and a points champ thinking he wouldn't flatten his tire by ramming into 25 right rear??   I love race fans Skull, but I think it's better to just smile and listen to them yell.  Just for fun Skull,  do you think the racing surface at a track like LV makes for more of these incidents because it s racy top to bottom.  I've seen a lot of good racing at LV this year.

Well, Lernerville hasn't run much this year, and half the time they've had to seal the track to get the show in at all, so I don't know how you've seen a lot of good racing at Lernerville this year. I'm really just making light of the summer we had, don't take this post anything like serious.

My dad drove late models in the early 70's at North Hills, Butler, Mercer, Blanket Hill, and occasionally Tri City. We won the last late model track championship at Blanket Hill.
