I just wanted to Thank each and every one of you who helped make this night possible. Cody you did an awesome job wearing many hats Saturday night! LOL What a great night! We raised a total of $1728.25 and it will be donated to the three organizations: Autism Speaks, The Sunshine Foundation, and the Central PA Autism Academy. No matter if you helped set up, tear down, made a donation, worked a table, promoted this event or bought something to benefit our cause, we greatly appreciate your kindness. And personally, at the end of the night it wasn't about the amount of money we raised as much as it was about the new friendships made, the smiles from the kids, and to let the people know about the resources for Autism that are available in our area. I hope we helped make an impact by showing just how many people in our small area have Autism. Jeremy was one of the first few kids diagnosed in our area with Autism over 14 years ago. We have made it our personal mission to help people better understand Autism and we have participated in many research studies that are funded by Autism Speaks to hopefully help find a cause and cure for Autism. There are also many different forms of Autism on the spectrum. We have Jeremy who is severely Autistic and it really affects his ability to socialize and communicate and then we have Zachary who is 3 and very mild but has trouble with hyperactivity, boundaries and cause/effect. My goal for this event was for people to please not pass judgment because someone does not act like you feel they should. If they don't hold the door for you its not because they are rude, they just might not have the social skills to understand to hold the door. If they stare, hop, flap, hold their ears or scream, or are throwing a tantrum they are not doing it to annoy you, they just might have Autism and it's what they do :) ♥ Thank you all for your generosity: Rick Eckert, Eric Wells, Josh Richards, Morgan Bagley, Sheldon Haudenschild, Slavic Custom Racing Shirts & Decals, TMac, Shane Clanton, Bath and Body Works, Lil Nail Shoppe of Smicksburg, Mid-South Racing, Saterlee Racing, PA Racing Outrach, Sweet Creations Bakery, Clearfield County Metal, Precise Racing, Audrey Hammers, T.D Fabrication, Marlene Golemboski, the Shoemaker family, Alice Smeal, Impact Printing, Kephart Hardware, Genna Distruibuting, Blair Racing, Twila Straw, Ricotta Jewelry, Tanya Snyder, Retro Eatery, UMI Performance, Live, Laugh, Love Photography, Yeager Moving and Storage, CNB Bank, Liberty Tax Service, Theives Market, Harter & Sons, Fenton Racing Family, Camberg Cozy Corner, Cathys Country Design, HiWay Pizza, Dominoes Pizza of Clearfield, CW Krause Logging, Big Dog Graphics, Animal Graphics, Weis of Philipsburg, Lindenmuth Racing, Amanda Shoemaker, YBC Philipsburg, DQ of Clearfield, ExtremeLee Motorsports, B & C Pools & Spas, T English Contracting, Autism Speaks, America's Motorsports Park, CNB Raceway Park, Mark Arneman, Phillips Racing family, Brittany Bouch, Nate Sipes & Krystina Herman, Tamee Graham family, Obsessive Apparel, Hometown Market Philipsburg, Blair Racing..
