My work truck motor went bang. I need a 7.4 L for my dually. It has to have the J in the vin to fit properly Let me know what you have and how much?

I dont think I need a motor. I'm pretty sure it jumped time. Is there a mechanic that is willing to do the job, or help me? I need this truck. I have a three car garage to do the job in. I just need a heavy duty cherry picker. I think I have every thing else to do the job.
