Would have much rather had a 430 Coronet like you ran in the Crate class .. But Welfare has its rules!

To get back to your original post, You will want to keep the RPM's around 5500, DavyLee, I think a 4.88 should be about right.

I have a 602 and i was goin to run a 567 if i would of went there a few weeks ago. i turn mine around 6500 rpm Hope that helps

Thank everyone for the advice .. It was from 4.88 5.00 5.14 529 to 567 .. Hint : its in the 5's but its not a 567 .I have a 602 and i was goin to run a 567 if i would of went there a few weeks ago. i turn mine around 6500 rpm Hope that helps

Everyone turns them over 6 they hold up just fine I think you will get killed only turning 55
