Congrats to Andrew Wylie for his first win in the crates. He has worked hard and finally his work has paid off.
I thought when the caution waved on lap 11, and his big lead evaporated, that he might be in for some trouble, but he was really hooked up and drove away from the field. Nice to see another first time winner at PPMS.

Donnie Moran will NEVER be back he said. I guess add him to the list of others. What a shame.

Care to elaborate why?
Had to do with track conditions.

Donnie whines at every racetrack so that doesn't surprise me. Norris had no trouble at all passing most of the field. Donnie's family-owned Muskingum County Speedway is known for terrible track prep so he has no right complaining about any other track conditions.

The racing was excellent, period. After that first lap caution, the race went 39 non-stop laps. Watching Michael Norris thread his way through the lapped traffic (of some very good cars) was priceless. And with the sun beating down most of the day, the track was virtually dust-free even at the end of the evening.
Correct me if I'm wrong but they ran 39 straight LM laps, the whole emod race and the sportsman race with no cautions? Track was slick but still had pockets of mud in the ruts and at the bottom.

I personally talked to Donnie before during, and after the races. Great guy, great things to say about PPMS, wished he had been better. His son would have raced at PPMS if not driving an ARCA TRUCK. We thank Donnie for returning to PPMS, no indications he would not be back.
