Awesome racing all around tonight. Track kept show moving along too. Can't wait for tomorrow night. Nice run in the A by Davey Johnson too.

Thanks to Lernerville for not giving up we saw a fantastic race tonight. Daley Johnson put on quite a show.

If you stayed home because of the rain, shame on you. Great night of racing and I'm glad I made the last minute decision to go down. Hope for more of the same tomorrow.

Agreed about Mars. He's better on the hard/slick.

You're not gonna get any hard and slick tonight. There will be more thunderstorms, and when they get the track ready it should be a rerun of last night. It will be too wet to be hard and slick.

Chub usually struggles to run in the top 10 at Lernerville.. With a similar track tonight, im anxious to see how the king of slick (Bloomquist) runs on a tacky, fast track. Richards was awfully fast last night.

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Jonathan Davenport punting Alex Ferree in their heat race last night. Obviously there is no penalty for rough driving at the Firecracker.

Probably because it was by no means a "punt" or rough driving. Just a little racing incident where they got locked together. So insignificant that, if I recall correctly, neither was charged with the caution.

I am not an Feree fan at all, but he got punted. The reason they got their spot back is WoO have a rule that if there is a multi car accident on the first lap every one gets their spot back.

They didn't get locked together, Davenport plowed directly into the back of Alex's car, turning him around. I'd hate to think what you might consider significant contact. Great show otherwise.
