We are really excited to go back to A.M.P. and hopefully the rain stays away.

Chance of showers throughout the day, I guess we will have to wait and see what it does. ;)

I just went to the track to check it out; they have the roads all graded, the grounds are cleaned up and they are un loading the food The track is wet but the drainage system worked on the inside, it will take an effort to run it in but it looks like Jeff is committed or should be lol. I think AMP will race tonight.

I hope but the radar shows quite a bit of rain, around. Time will tell. My main concern is the pit entrance. I have locked my trailer brakes up before goin into the pits when it wasnt even wet. And ive heard stories from past years of guys not bein able to make it up out of the pits on days like today.

Radar shows rain up north by Erie and the state line but looks clear behind us down here. I think they can get it in and I'm sure a little gravel spread on pit road will help it.. ;)

Thing is it's suppose to be just like yesterday with rain/storms firing up early afternoon through the evening again.
Hope they are wrong as I've had about enough of the flooding and pumping water the last two days....

They are calling for 1 shower around 6 to 6.30 if they can keep the track run in they should be good to go, it will just be a delayed start .

30% chance of an isolated thunderstorm from 6p.m. on , since Hummingbird is already cancelled i would look at a long night with a lot of cars . Jeff and the crew have been really lucky at dodging the rain clouds this year i hope their luck holds out tonight. i hope they bought extra food to sell they might need it .

With all previous rain and forecast it'll be Iffy at best. Hope I am wrong. I too am worried about grass pit area and road going in. Don't wanna end up in a quagmire.

Just spoke with Jeff to lend a hand running the track in, and he said all water has been pumped out, and the track was so dry they had to add water! Gonna be a great night of racing

Marion center cancelled so maybe a big night for late-models !!!! keep your fingers crossed for no rain. just checked the weather and it looks good from around 6 o' clock until around 10o' clock and then it is an isolated chance of rain.

The racing gods were looking down on the track, with lightning on both sides of the track they got the features in for the SS and the lates.
