Need to replace my steering box on my metric stock car, really don't know what I need to run, we have a 2:1 steering quickener. There are 2 types of ratios on summits website, Heading to Summit on Tuesday and would like to pick up the correct one. Thanks for the help Bob

I would say, running a quickener, you would run the slower ratio box. Whatever the factory Monte Carlo is. The quicker boxes are usually what guys run on the street or in racing classes that don't allow quickeners.

Bob, I run a stock GM box from napa on my car with the same quickener that you run. Cost about $100.00 with the core exchange. 21W

stay away from the small box with the round top held in by the retaining ring, you want the box with the 4 bolts on top.
