Ryan Montgomery won the A-Main RUSH Late Model Series Tour event

Hats off to Dan Angelicchio for finishing 2nd in his heat race to make the amain!
Plus Satterlee and Davey Johnson for fast times of their groups in qualifying ! Barbara also won the Bmain, beating Senic, Shaver, Oneal & Landers
Nice to see Western PA drivers do well against the Lucas Guys!
BTW Rob Blair won at McKean Co. tonight, still undefeated this month 7 for 7!

Yes it is....I love going and watching the best in the world but when a local is in the mix of up front racing my eyes don't leave their carHats off to Dan Angelicchio for finishing 2nd in his heat race to make the amain!

What happened to johnson , started 6th finished last? Did he pull off?Yes it is....I love going and watching the best in the world but when a local is in the mix of up front racing my eyes don't leave their car

johnson came to a stop on the back straight drew the caution on lap 8 or 9 then drove to the pits. never returned to the track

Really?...I've seen Davey pull into the infield firecracker 09 West Virginia motor speedway. 10 during. An outlaw show and again 2011 pittsburgher ....seems like if he's not out front or he doesn't think he got a shot he gives up and pulls in....jmo.[/code]t='372222']

This isn't something that only Davey does. It's something a lot of national touring drivers do, most notably Scott Bloomquist.

He did it a few weeks ago at Pittsburgh .. But hey if your car is junk and someone like Davey would know .. why go tear it up and struggle for a couple hundred $$$ when you can bring it home in 1 piece to race the next one .Really?...I've seen Davey pull into the infield firecracker 09 West Virginia motor speedway. 10 during.
