Mercer, PA (July 29, 2013): Mercer Raceway Park will be open for practice this Wednesday, July 31, beginning at 4 p.m and continuing until dusk. This practice session is open to all types of race cars, regardless of whether or not they compete at the speedway. There is a Pit Pass fee of $20. Remember that spectator viewing areas will not be open due to insurance regulations. The track’s electronic scoring system will be operational for the practice session, so racers are encouraged to have their red transponders properly charged and mounted, so that lap times can be recorded.
