update from facebook as of today.7-30-13. I do not know any numbers of these ppl and I am not involved. Just passing along the info I see on fb for those who do not get on there. Its going to be a tough task and everyone knows the battles that lay ahead so I only ask for positive comments and that everyone plz support them or any of your local tracks.
Just to update, right now we are working with the lawyers who are going to be meeting with the judge on Friday to work out some legalities. But things are still looking up and moving forward.

OK...we haven't heard anything in a month????Whats the latest? Fair is comming next week.

As of right now, things are on hold until after the fair. We are waiting on the fair board and lawyers.
