Correct, this week is the 'special' late model race with increased pay and laps. If like the other specials it will be 10 or so more laps and pay $50 more to winner and regular pay down thru. Won't know until the pay window because unlike specials at other tracks they don't advertise the purse.REGULAR POINTS THIS WEEK THE 17th IT'S THE FOLLOWING WEEK THE 24th THAT IS TRIPLE POINTS AND IS ALSO THE LAST POINTS RACE OF THE YEAR

No one is twisting your arm to go to the track. Track has been open for 47 years, sounds like a joke to me. Street stocks have been a lot more entertaining with Schneider winning a few. You act like they are the only track to jack up prices for specials. Pretty sure its a common practice. Place has had good car counts and fans in the stands all year. If it ain't broke don't fix it JMO. But, keep complaining and let's shut another track down.Street stocks ought to be fun to watch. All ten of them will be chasing smith all night racing for 2nd. This track is becoming one of the biggest jokes in PA dirt track history. Hardly any late model specials, no street stock specials, if they do have a special they drop one of the biggest classes (semi-lates) to run the stupid micro sprints, and when they do have any kind of big race they jack the price of pit admission to the freaking roof laying the price of the purse right on the people that are making the show possible the car owners, drivers and pit crew. Gotta love it.

I went last week and enjoyed myself. The Stock and SLM features were very entertaining.
Hey, if some folks don't agree with it, don't go. I know I won't. Not enough people show up, then they probably won't do it next year. It's that simple.
