I checked the Outlaws & Lucas oil schedules and I don't see any reason why some big name drivers wont show...
10/10 Outlaws in Elbridge NY...5 1/2hrs to Ppms....Lucas has nothing scheduled the week of the pittsburgher. Their next scheduled race after pittsburgher weekend is 10/18 at Rome speedway and seeing this race isn't a sanctioned race for either I don't see any reason why some from both sanctions wouldn't show up for a chance at $35000...wishful thinking I guess lol

Witness the car of Austin Hubbard from the RMR and Josh Richards from last years pittsburgher .... Both victims of the " Pittsburgh windshield wiper " driving tecnique ...
