BUBBA,S RACING SUPPLIES AND RACING CHASSIS ALONG WITH HUMMINGBIRD SPEEDWAY ARE HAVING A BIG STREET STOCK SPECIAL ON SEPT.14TH SO PLAN AHEAD FOR THIS GREAT SHOW ALOT OF MONEY WILL BE ON THE LINE. I WILL GIVE ALL THE FINAL DETAILS OF THIS RACE ON SUNDAY

We are also taking lap sponsorship for both the street stock and Mick Orsich memorial races. See us at the announcer stand. Street stock special race is 30 laps, and the Mick late model feature is 35 laps. Thanks for everyones help as we have gone over the $25,000 mark for the Hahne Cancer Center.

WE ARE USING HUMMINGBIRD SPEEDWAY RULES MINIMUM WEIGHT IS 3100LBS
IF YOU PUT IN A BURT,FALCON OR ANY OTHER FANCY TRANNY YOU MUST WEIGH 3200 LBS
IF YOU RUN A 602 MOTOR YOU MUST WEIGH 3000LBS
IF YOU RUN A BURT,FALCON OF ANY OTHER FANCY TRANNY YOU MUST WEIGH 3100LBS
NO MORE THAN A 406 CU.IN MOTOR IS ALLOWED
ALL OTHER RULES IS ON THERE WEB SITE AT HUMMINGBIRD SPEEDWAY.COM

THIS RACE IS STILL ONLY 10.00 GRAND STANDS AND 25.00 PIT PASSES CANT BEAT THE PRICE FOR WHAT WILL BE A GREAT NIGHT OF RACING

3100 lbs 602 crate and bert 3200 lbs 406 and bert

According to the posted rules IF you are running a 602 crate engine the weight is 3000#.
IF you are running a 602 crate with a Burt, Falcon, or any other fancy tranny the weight is 3100#.
IF you are running any other engine the rules state 3100# and IF you are using a Bert, Falcon, or any other fancy tranny you will weigh 3200#.

That's the way I read it.........

There's an open stock race at Sharon same weekend. Wish there was better planning just not a lot of cars anymore to give both tracks good car counts so these open shows can continue happening. Jmo

tracks are like 3 hrs apart...only person i know of that was going down to sharon for the open shows was the t3...with a.m.p. and marion center both off i think they should do just fine
