glad to see another 360 winged and 410 non wing show put together at waynesfield again along with the mini sprints, should be a great night of racing.

Why would they have it on a Sunday night at the end of September?

Maybe because there are good sized races on every saturday in September and there is no reason to add a race and try and compete with the bigger races

september 14th - jim ford classic
september 21st - 4 crown
september 28th world of outlaws at fremont

I think Friday nite that weekend would be best for everyone? I think the fans would pick racing over football that late in the year, at least I would hope so!!!

What about a Sunday afternoon?
We had 54 Non wing sprints come for the Hewitt Classic on a Sunday that was originally scheduled as an afternoon show in 2012. I think as long as we do it early and get people out of there at a decent time, it will be a great show. Have to keep moisture in the track though. That will be the biggest challenge.
If Friday nights worked, Limaland would run clear into September/October.
This is just my personal point of view, as I have nothing invested personally in the event other than announcing.

Friday nights do work for lima that place is always packed and they normally have a decent amount of sprint cars in the pits, they dont run into sept and oct supposedly because of high school football games, oh and lets not forget they like to run around with those napcar fellas and it just so happened the first weekend they were off was the bristol night race this season coincidence? prolly not but thats just my opinion
I hope 50 360s show up for this race and 40 non wingers and 30 minis and i dont care if were there until 3am its racing at the end of september if this works maybe wrp will extend their season next year?
