If you went to lernerville and saw 30 stocks, take a guess and fifure out how many people those stocks put in the stands, my guess is a good bit!

Wtf do you have against us low budget teams going out weekly and enjoying a nice evening of racing? I always enjoyed watching you try to keep up with the late models when you used to race. I have lost complete resect for you as a person. I just can't believe all the negativity you write in all your post. Gary Koteles

For the record I attended the red Miley rumble .... The track was in really good condition and I thought the late model portion of the show was very good. And I'm not bashing a division , I'm bashing the ridiculous open rules that allow people to dump a bunch of money into those cars when it's supposed to be a hobby class. And I bash people who endless provide " cyber service " to others when the service isn't justified

I'm not bashing you !!!! I'm bashing the person who says cadets should get late model pay because cadets run motors that cost 30k . They were actually very entertaining when they used to get 25 cars a week , 7 cars is not entertaining no matter what kind of car it is

My bad, any cadet or street stock that has even 20k in the motor is a retard. As for our payout, 400 was nice, but I understand 300 for the lack of cars.

There was a quote of one guy having 30k in one. Believe me, that's not the norm. Guys are throwing more into them though as they are running more bigger paying shows and guys are starting to travel. Some guys it's still a hobby class, others take it a bit more serious. As for car counts, you are judging by one track. Lernerville is not that far from ppms and getting 25-30 every week. Same exact cars. Doesn't sound like a rules issue as much as just a track issue. Almost every track is getting 15-20 which is lower than past years but plenty on the smaller tracks. I say run em all like the open shows. It works and if all the tracks would do it, it would work out well. Can't afford it? There are still a couple classes lower that are more "hobby classes"

And by "can't afford it" I don't mean to imply that you have to spend to compete. Go to an open show. Many 358 cars running door to door with motors that are way too big to be in stockers.
