Sodeman and Murdick win Lou Blaney Memorial

The Lou Blaney Memorial show at Sharon Speedway featured the sprint cars and the Big Block Modifieds. The Sprint car feature was won by Jack Sodeman. Sodeman led the entire 30 laps. The 35 lap Big Block Modified race was won by Dave Murdick. Congratulations Jack and Dave.

Murdick is damn lucky they used Delaware restarts.

I'm not arguing that. I'm saying he is lucky BRP uses Delaware restarts as opposed to a typical double file restart. Brachmann and Phelps both had half a car and they both went through the field rather quickly and easily. Once again...........WITH HALF A CAR!!!! Brachmann actually said in victory lane that the only things working right were the brakes. And he blew through the field. THAT is the story of that race.
