from what I just found out. Ed was DQ. you are only allowed to be pushed off 3 times. and a modified pulled out of infield and Ed spun it out. and that started all the bullshit. His crew was not happy. Hope someone else chimes in here. Guy shows up once bluemoon and gets DQ for some bullshit thing. Only at Lernerville.

I always beat the Lernerville drum and stick up for them, but if that's true, they screwed up. The whole situation could have been avoided by just doing the right thing in the first place. It's a matter of safety.Yea the modified winner came out of the infield after victory lane.. Lynch was getting ready to lineup and almost nailed him. Had to spin the car out over the turn 3 hill. A second push off means you go to the tail, Lynch didn't agree, stopped his car and his crew came onto the track up near the turn 4 pit entrance. They let him race though he started 18th, he passed the 2s before the start... then during the red flag on lap 16 they pushed him to the pits he was up to 6th.

I've been a fan of the both Sr. and Jr. for years. But, lets face it, Jr. has developed a "this place can't survive without me" attitude, even though he isn't the driver he used to be, not that being a great driver is any excuse for such behavior.
I still enjoy watching the guy drive, even though I lost a good deal of respect for him over the Goodyear tire thing.
As far as Senior taking a swing at Smokey, the only thing I'm sorry about is that he didn't knock that arrogant prick on his ass. Smokey has always been a total and complete jerkoff.
I'm happy the track has tightened up on some of these issues, but two things Friday pissed me off. The decision to send Mike Pegher to the back after he got in to Garvin, Jr. was bullshit. Garvin, Jr. checked up for a lapped car, and Mike was charging right behind him. How the hell was he supposed to avoid any contact? Same thing in the Sportsman feature. A.J. Flick turned Mark Sanders and gets sent to the tail. The #32 had to check up. The #2 was coming with a full head of steam. It happens, and neither Flick or Pegher have a reputation for dumping people. That's why they should probably have a couple of former drivers making those decisions. When someone gets turned, it isn't always intentional.

I tend to agree about Pegher & Flick getting screwed, but where do you draw the line on deciphering intent of the driver that caused the spin? I'd much rather have them be decisive and send a driver to the tail, than to be wishy-washy/protecting the golden boy(s) like what happened at Marion Center in the FASTcraps last weekend.
