Is Blanket Hill still open? Google search produced a dead link to a webpage. What about that Neupert Park? Are either of these operating facilities?

I dont think Blanket Hill ran at all, Neupert Raceway Park has had to overcome a legal battle against it since 2009, and is still in the development stage.

no racing this year. I have heard about it opening back up next year.
