NOSCUR has just fined itself for allowing the Chese to continue with participants that they aren't sure really belong in the Chese. They have gone back to the old system.

If they are going to fine MWR for causing a caution, what about all the mysterious debris cautions that they have. The television producers cant ever find the piece of debris? Even though they send a safety truck out, you rarely see the caution causing piece of debris? But they only do it for their select few who need to pit under caution or if it has been too long since the last commercial break. Or the most frequent caution with 20 laps to go. If fair is fair (which it is not in nascar) then MWR should not be penalized at all. Just my opinion.
