Autumn-Motive Fest Recap & Full Enduro Results
Back to School Bus & Kids Bike Races Preview

Sarver, PA (September 12, 2013) In the interest of full disclosure; Saturday Night races wreak havoc on the schedule of a Friday Night race track’s Public Relations Director. Especially when said PR Director doubles as the announcer, triples as the trophy “girl” and the start of the NFL season factors into the equation. All that said, herein you will find a more complete recap of last Saturday’s Autumn-Motive Fest Sportsman/Stock Spectacular, a complete rundown of the Enduro 100 results and a preview of this weekend’s upcoming “Back to School” Bus & Kids Bike Races with Senior Series Stocks, Figure 8s and a Demolition Derby.

The $2,000-to-win Sportsman/Stock is the marquee event for the Millerstown Pic-A-Part DIRTcar Sportsman division. And since it is akin to a World of Outlaws event for the Sprints & Late Models, the Sportsman/Stocks went four-wide with fireworks sparking up from the infield before the A-Main went green. 2011 Track Champion Mike Miller won the dash and was scheduled to start on the pole, but scratched from the A-Main. By now, you are certainly aware that Joe Kelley scored the $2,000 payday, but Rusty Martz, AJ Flick and Chris Schneider were all in the mix early. Martz and Flick made heavy contact coming off turn four that resulted in Flick getting stuffed into the wall and requiring a tow truck ride to the pits. Martz never really recovered from the contact either to pose a serious challenge to Kelley. That left just Chris Schneider standing between “Super Joe” and Lernerville career win #45. Schneider himself was looking for Lernerville win #20, but despite leading several laps and posing the most serious challenge to Kelley, Schneider eventually succumbed to mechanical/electrical issue and Kelley ran away with the 30-lapper.

Two-time event winner Rusty Martz hung around to finish second ahead of Paul Schreckengost, who matched his best finish of the season in third. Tim Bish finished fourth ahead of the Brothers Fosnaught; Jason in fifth and Jimmy in sixth. Rob Shook, Pat Hanley, Colton Gearhart and Ray Hickok Jr. rounded out the top ten. Heats went to Rusty Martz, Joe Kelley, Mike Miller and Dan Smeal; Miller also won the dash. B-Main winners were Nate Smith and Joey Zambotti, while the non-winners race was won by Rookie Aaron Easler.

This Saturday, September 14 is “Back to School” Bus and Kids Bike Races plus Senior Series Stocks, Figure 8s and a Demolition Derby. Gates – both pits and stands – open at 4:00 with racing scheduled for a 6:00 start. Family friendly pricing is set at $11 for adults, $7 for seniors, $4 for students 11-17 and, as always, kids 10 and under are admitted FREE into General Admission.

Next Saturday, September 21 the “Greatest Show on Dirt” returns for the $10,000-to-win Commonwealth Clash featuring the World of Outlaws STP Sprints. Former Track Champions turned travelling All Stars Tim Shaffer, Danny Holtgraver and last year’s Clash winner Dale Blaney are set to defend their home turf against Donny Schatz, Darryn Pittman, Steve Kinser, Sammy Swindell, et al. Tickets are available 24/7 at Lernerville.com and all advanced tickets include a FREE fan pit pass upgrade! You can also stop in or call the speedway office at (724) 353-1511 during normal weekday business hours.

The headline reads " FULL " enduro results.
There are results given for 30 enduro cars but the car count reads that 57 enduro cars were present.
This does not seem to be full results.

Each enduro car is scored by a representative of that car. I could be wrong, but I assumed that only 30 score cards were turned in.

If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just suck.

I just knew I'd hear from you scruff. It seems that every time I engage Mr. Westendorf it's not more than an hour or so until you reply, in fact I almost ended my comment with " wonder what scruff will say ". As to the issue about the scoring and results though, I'd say you're right. Thanks Mr. Wes, oops I mean scruff

I hadn't noticed that pattern, assedforward, but I'll check it out.

In this case, it seemed that you were calling out Mr. Westendorf for no good reason other than to point out a perceived mistake. I had a possible reason as to why I thought there was a difference in the number of entries and the number of cars scored, so I posted it. Maybe I have replied to you after you engaged Mr. Westendorf because you've tried to jerk him around and I had a legitimate answer. Like I said, I didn't notice, but I'll check it out.

BigE is good at his job (as far as I can tell) and probably too professional to double up on screen names. I can assure you that scruffy1a is not BigE's pseudonym.

If at first you don't succeed, then maybe you just suck.

I have noticed that pattern scrotum1a and I wasn't calling out Mr. Westendorf I was simply interested in the rest of the results. You must have a crush on him the way you jump to his aid all the time.
He has told me he has other names he uses and sorry for you but he's. married

I searched your posts (a year-and-a-half back) and didn't see any incident of me replying to you in response to something you posted to BigE. In fact, I found several where you replied to me or referenced me. If you want to give me smode, just come out and ask. The worst I can say is no.

Of course I have a crush on BigE. I heard he has 14" limp.

That's because big e deleted the post I was referring to. It was the one about the slick track night at Lernerville about 2 months ago. It was there that you immediately came to his aid just as you did today. A couple of weeks ago you were again loving him when speaking about press releases and you said something like big e will put out a press release and it will be head and shoulders above the rest , remember?? It's apparent that you either are him or you want to bear his children. Either way, good luck.

I wish I was Scruffy and had the time to engage you in banter all day. Instead I've been swamped all day here at #1 Cochran. But Scruffy is correct in that the "complete" Enduro results are based on cards that were turned in, cards that are legible and/or filled out properly, etc. If there is a particular driver you were looking for that you didn't find I would be glad to look into it for you, but I cannot report on the finishing position of a driver whose sheet was not turned in. Enduro scoring is quirky at best, but we're always making improvements and tweaks to make it better, easier and more efficient.
