I was wondering if any teams plan to make the trip up to Hummingbird to compete for the 1000 in the street stock special? I think a few Sharon and Mercer cars will be there, how about some of you from the Pittsburgh area? ;)

Isn't Sharon 1500 to win this weekend? If so, why would those guys haul all the way to bfe for less money?

Well I just thought I would throw it out there for some teams looking for a special to run. I know Hummingbird doesn't advertise so just in case some didn't know, I would put it on here. ;)

PPMS $500 this week for only 15 laps, looks like these need coordinated better, although we do like to give the guys that supported us all season a shot at some extra $.

Looking like a great weekend for racing, get out and support your local track this weekend!...should be some great racing in the cool weather.

Here are the exceptions, I think they will draw a good amount of cars.. Regular Hummingbird Speedway rules with the following exceptions:

•Burt, Falcon, or other racing transmission...
3200 lbs (instead of the normal 3100)

•602 motor - 3000 lbs

Should be a good turn out of cars. Pure stocks are running for more $ too. Track was awesome last week, smooth and multiple grooves. Street Stocks were running 3-4 wide and there was a multi lap side by side ra e for the lead in pure stock. Great racing. Should be a good show.

Don't quote me, but I thought it WAS an "open rules" show? Never mind. Didn't read the response above. Other than the racing trans, the bird is pretty much open rules anyway. They don't even have a tech guy so run what ya brung! Haha
