As for the raindate, a low class move at best. I spoke with a couple of the ULMS officials at AMR last weekend and they are looking forward to the 9th Annual Stephanie Eckl Memorial race at AMP on the 28th. Watch for updates, I believe the LM purse has been increased.

The rain date had been set since the schedule came out at the beginning of the season. The speedway in no way is trying to hurt any other track. People will go to whatever is best for them. I wish them all the best of luck where ever the decide to go.

That statement makes absolutely no sense. The bird has the option of another date but refuses t move it, good luck.

Bedford has their fallfest and Roaring Knob has the Big Kahuna on the 28th, I know I'll be going to one of those places.

I think Bedford only runs superlates on Friday. Still alot of races on the same day this late in the season.

wild bill51 amp`s date was scheduled before hummingbird so why should they move it just because they have a rain date hummingbird didnt want to work with amp on conflicting dates now that the eckl memorial and the mick are running the same night let it up to the racers to pick where they want to race

As was mentioned previously, 9/28 has been the rain date since the beginning of the season. So the statement "amp's date was scheduled before hummingbird" is incorrect. It's a shame the two shows wind up being the same night but unfortunately the weather is to blame. As for saying "hummingbird didn't want to work with amp on conflicting dates", were there discussions that I'm not aware of?
