Ohio,Pa.,West Virginia....what state produces more winning drivers (all classes)
Based on sheer numbers of tracks, Pennsylvania.
If you're talking about "big" wins, it's still Pennsylvania. The central PA sprint contingent regularly beats the best in the nation. The late model and modified drivers are pretty damn good against the best those divisions have to offfer too.
