I know mercer has done it before. I see Sharon has an open stock race next week for points. How is this fair to the guys who run weekly? Say your not real good but loyal to the track 10th in points and you don't make the show. But the guy in 11th does you lose out. Seems like a kick in the nuts to me. But id like to hear others take on this.

I feel if its a special event or open rules race there should be no points. Plus you get guys that come in to new track that don't care if they wreck your equipment up or not.
