Who thinks Napa will lose more business than gain by choosing to not support Michael waltrip racing? I don't think they've done anything that's not been done and that Napa would pull out to look like the good guys makes me want to do business elsewhere.
They might feel guilty by association with MWR. They will not be hurt by pulling out as MWR is a circus and no garage,or customer gives two shits about napa's business decisions. If the general customer is not going to buy there because of this then oh well. Some people have too much time on their hands to use on a stupid pissing match about nothing that affects them directly.

I see the exact opposite happening with them showing that they place more value in their honesty and integrity of their business and the people they do business with and sponsor.
It's a shame the other companies and sponsors of MWR haven't followed NAPA's exit and it really surprises me that Toyota has stuck with MWR after all the recent underhanded tactics and the past shenanigans MWR has pulled giving Toyota yet another black eye.

The article I read in AARN about NAPA getting out also said Clint Bowyer's sponsor, 5 Hour Energy was examining it's sponsorship commitment to MWR, or words to that affect.
The only thing that sucks is that now NAPA is going to Stewart-Haas and will in all likelihood end up on Kurt Busch's car, leaving probably the only innocent guy at MWR, Martin Truex, Jr. without a sponsor. It's hard to fathom how bad of a product NASCAR has become.

It stopped being about the actual racing years ago. It's only now that the fans are starting to get it.

Cheating. The most blatant would be the in car conversation with chad telling him if he wins bend the rear of the car off the wall in his victory burn out. The look on his face is priceless when jj nods at the camera to his right and chad says ahhh. Its OK. We're good. Just YouTube Johnson busted on camera. You'll peep itwhat does Jimmy Johnson get busted for every other week?

Where did you hear or read this?? Haven't heard anything about this one. Thought HAAS was funding the Busch ride??
Last thing I seen was an interview on Jayski that Truex said there is a possibility he could follow the NAPA sponsorship where ever it goes.

I actually heard it from a buddy at work that is far more tuned in to NASCAR than I.

I have only ever bought anything from napa because I know the guy who owns the place and its the next building down from mine . I can't stand either of the waltrips, they both stopped mentally progressing at about age 5 , they both act and sound like complete morons. Them getting away from MWR will make me shop at napa more often if anything
Couldn't agree more. I turn the sound down when either one of them are on the race broadcasts. Darrell Waltrip is nothing but a shill for NASCAR.

NAPA IS USING THIS AS AN ESCAPE TO GET OUT OF THEIR $18,000,000.00 (NO,MY 0 DIDN'T STICK!) PER YEAR CONTRACT WITH MWR.

This was what came to mind for me when I heard this too. Seems like an easy way out of a huge contract in a sport that has been taking popularity nosedives for the last several years. They probably just weren't seeing the return that they used to, now they'll use this as a way to sign on with someone else at a much smaller price tag.NAPA IS USING THIS AS AN ESCAPE TO GET OUT OF THEIR $18,000,000.00 (NO,MY 0 DIDN'T STICK!) But this is the first year of a 3 year extension ... Nascars popularity nose dived years ago , if they wanted out they wouldn't have signed this extensionThis was what came to mind for me when I heard this too.
