Seen this kid at the P;ttsburgher and all I can say is WoW. Out of the 21 or so Crates there, no one has anything over on this kid. Finished 4th in the feature and also has had some pretty impressive wins including a $2,000 to win RUSH show at Roaring Knob this year. Looks like a seasoned veteren out there and it won't be long until Grandpa has him in a Super Late I bet.

I think he raced Supers last week at the Knob

I have a question for everyone who thinks this is great, how young is too young ? Where does this end ? 10, 9, 8year olds ?

If you ain't live'n life on the edge, yer taken up to much room.

Easy answer. No driver's license - too young to race. Stick to go carts and dirt bikes.

I don't know how young is too young. It's obvious that nationally, drivers are getting younger and younger. There has to be a point where wisdom of some type is chosen over reaction time and fearlessness.

I agree.

He did make a veteran move in the feature that made me watch him though.

I've seen him race maybe a dozen or so times over the past couple years. Yes, he shows a maturity beyond his years sometimes, but then there are other times when he drives like, well, a 12 yr. old.

I kind of have to agree with you. Even though he is fortunate enough to have probably 5000 practice laps at the knob since he was ten, the common sense and maturity is just not there at that age.

On the other end of this I cant say that i wouldnt jump at the chance. He is doing it the right way though.
