Probably the Gremlin/Vega/Pinto/Mustang era from circa 1972-1980. Probably because those are my first memories of what we call big block mods today. Was a great era where you could see a full field of completely different looking cars.

Addicted to Dirt, no therapy or rehab for me please, I'll just learn to live with it. http://thedirtnetwork.blogspot.com/ The DIRT Network

This is my favorite one!!! Bult it in early 80' and i mean built it!! From a pile of tubing up to the body, even cut out own motor plate for the Ford six cylinder (300 cid). We were lucky to find it and restoreit. Even had it hand letteed by same sign man that did it in 80's. Wes Osmer

Ran into Les Myers today as he was trailering his latest purchase home. A vintage modified chassis that he will be using to put together his vintage modified for next year. Look for it to be fit with a 41 Plymouth body.

No members have been kicked out. Its been a Committee decision not to renew memberships for one team that only came in this year. Every Club reserves the right to ensure harmony within its membership is not compromised and that everyone is on the same page going forward. The PA Vintage Dirt Modifieds is no different.

We will welcome anyone and everyone with open arms as long as your goals, aspirations and understanding of what we're all about is the same as ours. Quite simply, if they're not, there are other Vintage Clubs or other Classes to join.

The specifics of what we do internally in our Club isn't up for general discussion on a public forum.

Who did you kick out I think that's wrong fans might like a certain car and expect them to be at the next race and if they're not you could lose those fans now the track loses out on that driver and crew members and fans for that team. Don't lose fans and teams and make tracks mad because you're mad at someone give them a break it's not like you're getting a lot of cars anyways I think I saw 6 and 5 the times I saw them tracks are going to drop you if they know they can't count on you to bring cars because you're kicking people out I think fans and tracks deserve to know who and why

it's HILDO with an H

Les probably needs to contact us as there have been car spec updates since he was running the Ruth car. We also have a Rules Meeting coming up in a few weeks.

I agree my family paid to watched 4 of the 6 nights they raced this year and never seen any aggressive driving. Hope it wasn't 1 of the good running cars people love to watch. I would like to know who and y before I spend the time and money to build a car and they do the same to me or some buddy else
