FASTRAK City Chevrolet NE Touring 2013 Season Recap as 2014 Promises to be even BIGGER!! **FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE** October 20th, 2013 FASTRAKRACING.COM PR (Carnesville, Georgia) – As the 2013 FASTRAK City Chevrolet NE Touring program concluded it put the final staple on what had been an extraordinary racing year. The NE Touring program went through a new facelift having a rebuilding year after “FASTRAK Corporate” took over the operations to make it even more exciting. Stan Lester and Brian Haynes put a lot of improvements into action to increase the interests for the drivers and fans of the FASTRAK NE. You add the new 4-wide salutes with pyrotechnics, increased purse payouts, Inaugural Triple Crown, fan interaction and much more it proved just that. 2014 is certainly going to be BIGGER and more EXCITING than the 2013 rebuilding year. That’s all we can say for now but there’s a lot of things into works even before the end of the year. We would like to extend a special thank you to all the Northeast drivers, teams, track promoters, sponsors, contingencies and most of all the fans for supporting the “Nation’s First and Premier Pro Late Models Series in the Country” – FASTRAK Racing Series. When the 2013 season concluded there we’re 7 different winners from the 13 races taking one or more events on the Tour. Many races we’re plagued throughout the year like all across the country by Mother Nature but we just pressed on. #111 Max Blair from Titusville, Pennsylvania went out to take the 2013 FASTRAK City Chevrolet NE Touring Division Championship in another stellar fashion with 6 FASTRAK NE Touring wins on the year. Also the 2013 Tyler County Speedway FASTRAK Weekly Champion was also the Inaugural FASTRAK Northeast Weekly Regional Championship over Blair by 3 points #32 Kyle Thomas from Pennsboro, West Virginia. For the 1st time ever in the Northeast was the successful FASTRAK Triple Crown weekend and when it concluded Corning, New York’s #20 Wayne Robertson was crowned “king” earning much respect in achieving that honor. Three of the wins that will really stand out by far for the year were #42 Dave Airgood Jr. taking his 1st career win at Raceway 7 in Ohio back in June. #75 Colton Flinner winning a wild A-main over eventual Champion Max Blair for 1st career tour win at Mercer, PA Raceway Park in August and #6 Chad Wright taking down 1st career Touring win at the big $5,000 to win National event in the FASTRAK NE finale at “September Sweep Weekend” at Eriez, PA Speedway. Until then here’s a recap of the races that took place in the FASTRAK Northeast Universe in a closure to a great 2013 season. 04-06-13 MERCER RACEWAY PARK, PA – WINNER – #21 Dave Scott 4-13-13 LERNERVILLE SPEEDWAY, PA “MAKE UP NON POINTS” - WINNER – #111 Max Blair 05-11-13 WEST VIRGINA MOTOR SPEEDWAY, WV- (N) $5000 – WINNER – #111 Max Blair 05-26-13 TYLER COUNTY SPEEDWAY CONSI/FEATURES – $2,000 to Win – WINNER – #111 Max Blair 06-15-13 TYLER COUNTY SPEEDWAY, WV – WINNER – #1c Mike Pegher Jr. 06-21-13 RACEWAY 7, OH – WINNER – #42 Dave Airgood Jr. 06-23-13 ERIEZ SPEEDWAY, PA – WINNER – #111 Max Blair 07-26-13 RACEWAY 7, OH – WINNER – #20 Wayne Robertson 07-28-13 ERIEZ SPEEDWAY, PA – WINNER – #111 Max Blair 08-09-13 RACEWAY 7, OH – WINNER - #111 Max Blair 08-10-13 MERCER RACEWAY PARK. This is bad stuff, the writing is on the wall where this deal is headed. I have always questioned the ethics of the NE series and the serious conflict of interest of it's "tech official".

You know BUTTBEAK I have seriously had enough of your immaturity. What are you 5yrs old or 30yrs old?? You obviously have some kind of a personal vendetta against FASTRAK, Stan Lester, or me Wesley Outland or both and "I'M SICK OF IT" - I cant believe that you actually believe the stuff that comes out of your mouth seriously. You are just full of garbage information. You speak non sense and lies. I'm a nice guy BUTTBEAK but seriously, you've pushed me to the point of not being that way anymore. I swear if i could ever own the RACESTUD forums you're the first gone person on the BANNED forever list. You have rode me all year and I'm calling you out but you;ll probably go into hiding again behind that stupid pathetic name. I mean seriously?? BUTTBEAK THIS VERSION IS FOR YOU - FASTRAK NE ISN'T GOING ANYWHERE. THERE'S BIG THINGS COMING THAT'S ALL I'M GONNA SAY CAUSE YOU'RE AN INFORMER AND YOU'LL RUN BACK AND TELL THE OTHERS CAUSE THAT'S HOW YOU OPERATE. HOW IMMATURE YOU ARE. PLEASE GROW UP. OR BETTER YET REVEAL WHO YOU ARE THEN HIDE BEHIND SOME IDIOTIC NAME. YOU WANT TO TALK TO ME AND TELL ME WHAT YOU'RE PROBLEM IS PLEASE DO - FASTRAK PR - Wesley Outland - 919-262-5660 - see i'm not afraid to tell who i am.. Now to the civilized and concerned people that keep asking I'll let you know this and this is all I can tell you because of legal issues binding.. To answer the question that's being asked. All the documentations that the attorneys need for this legal matter is being handled by the proper representatives. I certainly hope that the FASTRAK Drivers and Teams know that we are taking care of this matter immediately. All FASTRAK corporate is working diligently and as best as we can to continue to overcome from this unnecessary ordeal that happened. We are very disappointed that things had to be handled this way but we'll pull through this ordeal and be stronger than ever in 2014. In closing for the people that are hearing rumors that FASTRAK is done it's completely FALSE. We're not going anywhere in fact 2014 is going to be bigger than 2013 was. Just wait and see what news is brewing. I promise you that. Thanks for all the support and God Bless you all. FASTRAK PR

I am assuming now you are accusing me of bouncing checks????????? Has any driver on here every gotten a check from me that has bounced????. Please state it if so?

People have no idea what they are talking about but sure don't mind bashing me and accusing me of writing bad checks?????????????

I have no respect for people that can make accusations like these and damage my business all the while hiding behind screen names. That's whats wrong with message boards no accountability so cowards can hide.

I can honestly say that in all the years that we have been racing, the FASTRAK series is one of the few series that has ALWAYS paid purses and point funds. We have never had an issue with any monies from them.

Obviously you did not agree with the call, but can we do this somewhere else? I don't think we need to involve fans with a call you did not agree on do you? Heres what I did so. I met with everyone at the back of the trailer afterwards and explained it right there. Did we do it perfect? Maybe not but I've never driven a race car perfect either. Some calls one driver will hate and the other will love, but that's the way it always is. My number is posted everyone so please feel free to call.

Mr. Lester - With all due respect, one of my drivers did in fact receive a check that was returned by the bank for "insufficient funds" after the Eriez race. That to me is a bounced check. While we did redeposit the check a second time and it cleared, we are out $18.00 as a service charge for the insufficiency in the account of Fastrak. In speaking with Bryan, he advised we were the only one. Last week a gentleman called us from Canada advising his check also had been returned by the bank for insufficient funds. While we have supported some of the Fastrak races for a few years now, this certainly (and obviously) makes us as racers wonder about the credibility of the organization.

Stan

fastrakpr I know you have big things going on next year according to the other posts you made especially now that you have the crate modifieds too and that's what I have a question about but I'd rather not call long distance I hope you understand I'll just ask you here will you be willing to allow Kevin Bolland to race in the crate modifieds next year at the beginning of the year even though your rules say you can't if you won in the last two years his last win was last July but I think it would be good if you gave him a pass on that one. It would be a big benefit for your fans and other drivers and the tracks where you race if you allowed Kevin Bolland I'm not saying I heard he's going to race your crate modified class but it might be good since he's not allowed to race with DIRT any more I know you're really mad about what happened recently when that track in West Virginia said you broke your agreement but if you could give a civil answer without a million question marks and exclamation points that would be appreciated because I didn't do that to you or say false things about you I was just curious about my question and did not want to call you long distance I hope you understand

it's HILDO with an H

Why don't you just cut the crap and tell Stan who you are? If your story is true that should
be no problem.

stan. believe it or not i am on your side. i hope the series keeps growing up north. what you do with your checks and payouts is your business. i just feel you need more tracks up north to make it work traveling all the way from georgia. give brian a longer rope and i feel he can do it but he needs help. you need someone up north to work with the tracks and help out the drivers not have to call down to georgia and hear i will get back to you on that.that is usually brians answer. as far as the check comment goes i was sticking up for you. you need to put trust in the people up north. you guys have people willing to help but for some reason you want to keep it all down south with 3 people trying to run everything. there is no way this can work like that. i not sure if you think you 3 down there think you are smarter than us up north.and as far as hiding behind a computer you, brian, and wesley all know who i am! and finally what you do with fastrak north is your business not mine. but i do feel you guys need help if you want to stay up north. ask your tracks up north how they really feel about the communication between fastrak and the track owners and if you really listen i feel you will learn something. i would start by calling bobby first and get his opinion dont just blow it off.you keep going like this and the north will leave fastrak not the other way around! again, this is my opinion just like you have your own. try not jumping all over people for their opinion and try listening for a change. and yes i have been doing pr for over 20 years myself and i like to think that i learned something in that time. have a nice day!

Since this was my first post on this subject, or this site for that matter, I was simply advising Mr. Lester that our check had been returned in response to his post about bounced checks. "Cutting the crap" would've meant there were sufficient funds in the account to begin with. I have no problem telling anyone who I am!! Stan, please give us a call if you'd like to discuss anything further on this.

Thanks, Kim Carley & Ed Carley (716) 560-2488
