Track management has a few things in the works for the Yankee Doodle. Right now the only confirmation is the 4-cyl/enduro stuff.
One cool thing about Rob and Elliott is they listen...
Good, run on Sundays!

PATIENCE - Rome wasn't built in a day! Besides, what other tracks have their 2014 schedule out yet? We are looking into Modifieds at our Opening and Championship Nites and possibly the July4th weekend. Stay Tuned - Ramey will likely have it up on the blog before anywhere else.What-No Supermodifieds?

make them your yankee doodle headliner!!!!!!!!!That is a super.
And they can change lanes mid-corner.
I can't imagine how fast they'd be at CNB. Yikes.

not saying they shouldnt try to run super modifieds or anything. its just always been about late models. and i can't see alot of guys having the super modifieds in the area as compared to the few asphalt lates that there are in the area.I agree with gofast05, the Yankee Doodle is a traditional Late Model race. Having said that, there is nothing wrong with starting a new tradition!!!
that being said, it'd be nice to have lates as the traditional yankee, but maybe start another special tradition for another class on the same night. whether it be street stocks, some sort of modifieds, anything really. have something like, the Yankee Doodle 100, and maybe the Dandy 50 for something else hahaha

I think it's pretty awesome to have CNB, Jennerstown and Motordrome in the news again!
Amen, brother! It's awesome hearing about tracks that are rebuilding/reopening, rather than shutting down. Bonus points for the fact that its three ASPHALT tracks. I can't ever recall seeing so much positive asphalt conversation on this site. Thanks dirt guys for not raining on our parade...lol. We deserve to have a few playgrounds too!

This past September,Supermodified driver D.J. Shullick of Amherst,Ohio turned a sub-15 second lap to set a new record at Oswego! In the video you can see the Supers right next to each other during the race. That's why they are so popular. What did you think of using E-Mod chassis for low buck open wheelers?
