Kennedy Motorsports Adds Max Blair to 2014 Stable! Phoenix, AZ (November 19, 2013) Kennedy Motorsports and team owner John Kennedy would like to welcome multi-time crate late model champion, Max Blair of Titusville, PA to the Kennedy Motorsports Team for the 2014 season. Blair will drive the Kennedy Motorsports, Facility Management Group, Core Construction sponsored #111 Capital Race Car in regional competition as well as major touring series events within the northeast region. ‘I’m beyond excited,’ Max said from his shop in Titusville, PA, ‘I can’t thank John Kennedy enough for this opportunity.’ Max will join drivers Shane Clanton of Zebulon, GA and Tim Fuller of Watertown, NY as a third member of the Kennedy Motorsports team. Max, who won his first super late model feature event this past summer at Marion Center (PA) Speedway, has become a household name in the crate late model ranks while winning championship after championship since 2008. During the 2013 season, Max competed in 56 total events while capturing an astounding 51 top-five finishes and an even more impressive 26 wins. ‘This is a childhood dream come true for me,’ Blair quipped, ‘It’s amazing for a team owner like John Kennedy to think this highly of myself and our team to bring us on board like this. And for him to let everything come out of our shop just like (Tim) Fuller and (Shane) Clanton do is really exciting for me. To have my dad (Rob) by my side as we take on this new adventure is just plain awesome. I couldn’t imagine doing this without my dad. He’s made me the racer I am today and if it wasn’t for him, I wouldn’t have this opportunity. I’m usually ready to start the next season as soon as one finishes but now there’s even more excitement to get started. I’m really looking forward to working with Mr. Kennedy, Tim Fuller, Shane Clanton and the rest of the Kennedy Motorsports team.’ In addition to Blair’s remarkable 2013 season statistics, Max has a list of over 30 total championships on his resume, including: Fastrak Northeast Regional Champion – 2008, 2010, 2011, 2012, and 2013, Fastrak Weekly National Series Champion – 2008, 2010, and 2011, Fastrak World Champion - 2012, and Sweeney Chevrolet RUSH Weekly Series Champion – 2013. ‘Max has proven he has the ability to take the next step in his career,’ Kennedy Motorsports owner John Kennedy said, ‘we’ve seen him practically dominate the crate division for many years and we’ve seen him be competitive the few times he’s climbed into a super late model. This is something I’ve wanted to do with our race team, groom a young driver and team to become a contender wherever they unload. I believe Max has what it takes to become that driver for Kennedy Motorsports. We’re very excited to bring him on board and win races.’ For more information on Max Blair and the Kennedy Motorsports team please visit www.kennedymotorsports.us. Congrats to Max, all that crate domination led to some good things. I wonder how this will affect Rob's racing. I would think that would mean they'd have a little more money for Rob's cars if he chose to run.

Bad choice, they must of couldn't find anyone else to drive for him. Kennedy better buy a lot of back up cars, and will not last the entire season. Their is a lot of better of independent driver's out their.

Envy is a resentment which "occurs when someone lacks another's quality, achievement or possession and wishes that the other lacked it.
envy is one of the most potent causes of unhappiness. Not only is the envious person rendered unhappy by his envy, but they also wish to inflict misfortune on others
