this doesn't make sense to me. I've always been more of a rocket fan myself. maybe some guys just figured some stuff out on a masterbilt that maybe they can't get out of a rocket?I sold a used rocket and didnt even get someone to look at it until I dropped the price 4k ... I posted a used mastersbilt ... And got 4 cash offers over my asking price ... People literally fighting over it lol In theory it should be opposite ...

there are a lot of rockets. and the prices are a bit steep for some of the ones I have seen. but I've also watched a 1200$ black front rocket sit for sale for months. almost a complete roller.Rockets normally out sell any other chassis out there and for a higher price. The reason you see them available for longer is because there are way more Rockets sold than any other chassis especially in this area of the country.

12k no seat , shocks , wheels , tranny , driveshaft , oiling system , motor etc .... For a 2011 masters ... Rockets are pulling more than that ?Rockets normally out sell any other chassis out there and for a higher price. if you can get that Pierce car to work like Fegers did at the NDRL race you'll be on your way to getting a win..friday night he kept putting that thing in one harder each lap and it loved it,till his tires went away.Yes I still have a brand new masters but I have a new Pierce on the way
him and Bobby both proved last year how good those cars can be.
good luck..

Brand new tires need ground before they are raced and after every time you come off the track .... Trust me I was not running used tiresJon last season when I went to PPMS you hadn't raced all year. I know you buffed your tires but were they last years tires ? If they were I don't think last years rubber works as good as new. JMO.

It's a supply and demand thing.
There are hundreds, if not thousands, of used Rockets out there for sale. The fact that there are so many keeps prices low, because buyers are definitely going to be looking for the best deal, even if the car is in great shape.
There are significantly less MastersBilts out there for sale. Because they are pretty scarce, buyers will be willing to pay more for them, especially when they are in great shape.
Pierce cars are even more scarce then MastersBilts. When you go to sell that someday, I'd bet you get even more for that than you did for the Masters.

SO IT WOULD MAKE SENSE TO BUY 5 PIERCE CARS, RACE ONE AND THEN IN A YR OR 2 SELL THE REST AND MAKE A NICE PENNY?
