Can someone tell me why a post I put on here asking if anyone else was still waiting on a refund from the September 21st Commonwealth Clash at Lernerville was removed?

We were at the opening of Enron Field. It wasn't really completed but they had this opening. And the Chief Crook was convicted but died before he was sentenced so they wiped his record clean. Like they say, better rich and guilty than poor and innocent.Maybe they can explain why an organization with no major backing and a balance sheet like
Enron decided to start a schming length contest with a guy who has the funds to bury them ??? Who's decision was that ??? What was he on at the time ??? Cocaine ? Heroin ? Booze ? Oxy contin ? Yokes ??? Yoke juice ??? Please explain .... I would love to hear that side of the story I need a good laugh ...

I'm still waiting on my refund too. Three calls to the track and three different responses: First call had all the accountants in New York for Super Dirt Week, Second call had three different cancelled races and Lerverville was the last to make refunds and Third call was refunds by Christmas.
I had returned the tickets with a stamped self-addressed envelope.
and then they say well we never got them!

I got the same responses plus a few more like we are working through the list of refunds and yours should be mailed in a week and the last response I for from WRG is that someone from Lernerville will be contacting everyone some time in January.I'm still waiting on my refund too. I remember refunds from Sharon with Ed Skillman and Lincoln with the Leiby Bros. plus Alan and from Lernerville. The best part of the Lernerville refund was it was a " comp " pass. Sweeeet!I remember back in the day the tracks I went to, (Lernerville before WRG, Jennerstown, Thunder Valley) they never gave cash refunds. It was always use the value towards future races. Williams Grove was one of the few who would send refund money back, as I will never forget my Dad telling me to throw away our National Open tickets one year, but they sent the refund.

sounds like the democrap solutoin to everything,,,,sue sue sue,,,,,get a job hippySmall claims court will work better than a message board. Don't forget to include the filling fees in the claim. Don't forget to include all defendants so they can't make you refile. That would include World Racing Group, Lernerville Speedway, World of outlaws STP Sprint cars, and I would also include STP along with any other event sponsors I could find.
If you don't care to fill out the paperwork for that some social media buzz including STP would go a long way towards getting their attention.
It should be noted that the last person to file suit against Lernerville has been banned from Dirt sanctioned events indefinitely.

Your right nevermind. Just take it as a loss to avoid inconveniencing WRG. Not suing someone to recover your money in a breach of contract is just as absurd as the frivolous suits you are apparently lumping this in with. This isn't some I stubbed my toe at the track and I can't go to work crap. They took money for services to be provided and did not provide them. Instead of saying that the money could be applied to future events they made the choice to say you could receive a refund but aren't following through. What is your solution? Just bend over and smile?
As you brought up my employment and it is relevant, I work in finance for a corporation so I am familiar with how they work. You can call them every day for the next three years and they don't care. They pay people to answer the phones anyway so you might as well give them something to do. They will not even entertain the idea of cutting you a check unless it is more costly not to.
At any rate to simply allow them to keep your money because you are afraid of being called a democrap is comical. It's your money and you have every right to get it back.
