That combination doesn't have much torque unless you gear the hell out of it ... Slm guys who run a 4.125 with a 3.35 twist them like 9200 ... Which isn't possible without titanium valves , shaft rockers and a dry sump ..to be safe a 406 might be a better idea , i don't think 2 cubic inches are worth not being legal in case you should run into a tech guy who knows what he is doing . that is if you plan on running a street stock. if not a destroked 400 block with a 327 crank run real nice .pumps out at 358.
