Im 99% sure that this is the same guy I knew racing at PPMS
Rick " cowboy " raced several years in the Amatuer stock class with a couple different cars at PPMS and I believ he raced at Tri City in the fall
If anyone has info about a fund to help his 3 daughters please post it

I know some people are going to be pissed off about that comment but that's the reality of the situation...It's really shitty that a guy could do that to his daughters , they now have to live with his absurd decision for the next 70+ years wondering why.
