That's cool, love him or hate him he always makes things more interesting in modified races. And it shows that WRG eventually gets over butthurt.

I'll believe it when I see it. I don't have access to FB, so I have no idea what he is claiming. But, I find it hard to believe that there was a pre trial settlement because it could be construed as admission of some sort of culpability by WRG/DIRTCar. The other possibility is that he dropped the suit. Either way, I'd just as soon that scumbag son of a bitch took up a hobby more suited to his personality, like maybe a fluffer for gay happy, or attempting to become the inter-gender wrestling champion of New Brighton or wherever the luck he's from. I thoroughly enjoyed a full season without his bullshit antics at Lernerville.

JUSTICE!

I am just a little curious on the situation, from the releases when it happened Bolland was suspended for the remainder of the 2012 season and on probation for the 2013 season. He filed suit against WRG and because of the lawsuit he wasn't allowed to race or chose not to race in 2013? I don't have access to see the post on Facebook so maybe that answers the questions but who is it justice for? Is it justice for Bolland to be able to race or WRG for getting the suit dropped?

As I understand it. He was suspended for 2012, apparently he brought some civil action against WRG, while that action was playing out he was not allowed to compete at any DIRTcar sanctioned track or event until the litigation had been resolved. It appears this has been resolved to both parties satisfaction and he is now able to compete. As far as justice goes....I have no idea who agreed to what, how much, or what got dropped in the way of fines levied. I'm not sure it's justice per se. It's just resolution, a settlement.

Either way, it was a year of racing he'll never get back unfortunately.

$1 million dollars???

I'm no lawyer, but isn't it common practice to pray relief well in excess of what you think you'll actualize? It seemed a little high to me too, but it all depends on what tangible dollar figure he and his lawyer feel are necessary to pay back potential lost winnings, sponsor dollars, legal and court costs etc. Ask for a million, settle for who knows how much less than that. Just .02 cents

I didn't read the whole article, just kind of skimmed through it. if you add up sponser dollars, potential winnings, lost advertisement for the sponsers and things of that nature I guess it would add up quick
