Having been to opening show at Mercer for over 20 years I can say this was one of the best first the day was beautiful warm and sunny just a great way to begin the season, the track was super smooth and fast the job wayne and the rest of the crew does each week to provide a good track to race on is eceptional. For an afternoon show the dust was not bad and I have seen it worse even for night shows true there was some dust but I always remind those that have a problem with it this is a dirt track. The racers did a good job of getting the show in with little problem on or off the track and that shows me the quality of our local racers,I watched on driver go to another driver and apoligize for bumping him while racing they both smiled and are still friends. Racing is a big part of my life and when I come home with a smile and and a little dirt in my ears I know where I have been. Serving Jesus at the track Chaplain Bill

Agreed Pastor Bill, the racing was good and the track held up except for the hole in turn 1 lol.. The super late race was awesome and couldn't ask for better side by side action. I have been to many chillers over the years and this is one of the best and we were back on the road by 6:00. ;)
